Free Tips & Easy "How to" Instructions
For millions of people around the world, vision is the king of the senses. Having the ability to enjoy a golden sunset or the curvy figure of your true love is something we all take for granted, until our vision begins to fade.
We all know that glasses, contacts or laser eye surgery can help our eyes see things like they used to, but there are a handful of all natural things we can do, as well. Of course, if your vision has broken down to the point where you are bumping into things, see a doctor right away.
No single ingredients are more important to eye health than zinc and Vitamin A.
You can begin taking supplements if you aren't already, but you are far better off taking in all natural versions of these ingredients.

Shellfish, wheat and most nuts are rich in zinc, and carrots, spinach and egg yolks for Vitamin A.
Be careful you don't overdo it, however.
Obesity is often linked to poor vision, but you probably don't want to look at yourself by that point, anyway.
Poor eyesight is also linked to poor circulation so if you are suffering from conditions like diabetes, you need all the help you can get to get the blood flowing like it use to. If you have a willing partner, massage can also help keep things moving. Talk to your doctor about which exercises are right for you, but in most cases, things like aerobics are often the best thing since they are low impact and they work out most major muscle groups.
Back behind those limpid pools that we all recognize as the purveyors of the soul are muscles and just like any muscles, they need to be worked out to perform at their best. One of the biggest causes of vision loss is eye strain, but having strong, healthy eyes can help reduce the wear and tear we put our eyes through every day.
An eye exercise known as "swinging" is thought to help significantly, especially if you spend most of your day in front of a monitor. You can "swing" by standing up and focusing on a distant point and then sway back and forth, blinking every few seconds.
Make sure you explain exactly the kind of swinging you were doing at work to your partner when you get home or you may end up with a black eye, instead.
Sleep is not only when you get to escape the dreary reality we all call our life, it is the time when our body repairs itself. If you work in a field that requires a large amount of stress on your eyes, you are going to need an extra hour of sleep every night for your eyes to recover. Otherwise, the daily grind will wear down more than just your will to live. Try moving around your schedule to accommodate an extra hour of sleep for a month and see if your eyes begin to respond better.
