They say there isn't a cure for cancer yet. Some forms of cancer are easier to cure than others, but one thing is certain: There is a lot you can do to never even have to worry about all that.
Did I say 'to never have to worry'? This cannot be said often enough:

So, relax. Be an optimist. Not just right after you read this article, but from here on out.
Don't do the right things so that you don't get cancer. Approaching it that way, you are still focusing on the cancer, instead of focusing on being healthy. Read this article, apply the new knowledge, but don't worry about the what if's.
Lots of people smoke and live to be 90. Some don't. Nevermind that. Smoking is bad, that's a fact. Quit smoking (here are a few tips on how to succeed) and avoid a constant exposure to smoke. With rules and regulations nowadays that shouldn't be too hard for almost anyone.

By the way, for some people the anti-baking advice is more important than for others. This includes people with lots of moles, people who are fair-skinned and those who have a genetic disadvantage, meaning someone blood-related to them has had melanoma.
Food can be miraculous. Unfortunately, nowadays, with all the deep-frozen food, and microwave food, we lose so much of what we would otherwise know and have and be accustomed to.
You don't have to completely give these things up, but the less you intake, the better.
Daily, weekly, as often as you can. This is the good stuff, that should be on all our tables regularly. All bold items are especially potent against cancer.
