Free Tips & Easy "How to" Instructions
Can you see the auras of the people and things you? Wouldn't it be cool if you could? It is not as hard as you may think to sense an aura. If you develop an understanding of what an aura consists of and how to connect with it, you will be able to see the auras surrounding friends, family, and people you meet.
An aura is basically the field of energy generated by a person, a thing or a place. People who see auras commonly note the presence of a certain color, usually representing an emotion or personality characteristic. Each color of the rainbow represents something.
Here is a basic guide of the colors and what each one represents:
Yellow happy or cheerful
Orange healing or cleansing
Red stress or anger
Green rebirth, nature or renewal
Blue peace and serenity
Violet sensitive or emotional
People give off these auras and if you are sensitive enough to spirituality, you may be able to see them. Seeing auras is a skill that takes time, patience and meditation.
Learn to meditate. In order to become more sensitive to auras, clearing your mind and learning to focus your thoughts is necessary. There are various ways to meditate, but you should generally follow these basic steps to enter a state of meditation:
Step one Find a quiet and relaxing environment.
Step two Sit comfortably on the floor (use a cushion or mat if necessary). Keep your back straight so that you can breathe easily.
Step three Close your eyes.
Step four Inhale and exhale slowly and deeply.
Step five Relax your muscles.
Step six Focus your mind. You have to choose a single point of focus such as an image or a word or an object. Do not allow your mind to wander. This part takes practice.
Once you have learned to practice meditating regularly for at least ten minutes a day, you will be able to develop the skill of seeing auras. Meditation itself will take time and practice, as will seeing auras, but honestly, this is the hardest part.
Go about your days with the intention of seeing auras. Have faith that you will eventually see them. You can practice on animals or objects, but the brightest auras surround people.
It is not necessary to let people know that you are trying to see their aura. This might actually be counter-productive. The best way to learn to sense aura is to observe people who do not notice that you are looking at them. (Try not to stare at perfect strangers, however.) An easy way to practice this is to try to see the aura of a public speaker live.
The aura of a person may not come to you are first, but if you are able to observe the same person, you will start to see white or grey. As you fine tune your aura-sensing skills, and continue to meditate and observe, you will begin to see swirls of color.
Practicing with the same subject will help you to understand what the colors mean. Many times there will be more than one color present.
Seeing auras is not overly complicated, but it will take time and practice.
